Crown Pawnbrokers has served Washington, DC for generations from our longtime home on 14th Street. What began as a family business has grown through four generations while staying true to the principles that built our reputation: fair dealing, personal service, discretion, and respect for every customer who walks through our door.
The Loan Process

Bring Your Item
Bring an item of value to Crown along with the required identification. We make collateral loans on jewelry, watches, gold, diamonds, electronics, musical instruments, tools and other accepted items.

Get Your Loan
We'll evaluate your item and let you know how much we're able to lend. If you accept the loan, you'll receive your cash and a pawn ticket explaining the terms. No credit check is required.
(03)
Repay Your Loan
Crown pawn loans have a four-month term. The cost is 5% per month or any part of a month. You may repay your loan and reclaim your item during the loan period.
(04)
Reclaim Your Item
Once the loan and applicable charges are paid, your item is returned to you. Redemptions are made in cash during regular business hours.
